    Standard Equipment:

• Robust steel base manufactured from heavy gauge plate and electro welded components.
• Manual operating cast saw head, supported by a rigid pivot point and dual return balance spring.
• Easy Swing head frame, operated manually. Precise positioning from 60º left to 45º right with easy to read angle scale. Pin lock makes for easy return of sawing head to 90 degrees for straight cutting of materials.
• Cast iron band wheels.
• Adjustable BandGuide arm for rigid support of saw blade during cutting process. Guide arms are equipped with replaceable carbide inserts.
• Replaceable powered blade Brush driven off band wheel.
• Mechanical Blade tensioning. Proper blade tension pressure is indicated on a liquid gauge located at the tensioning handle.
• Band door is equipped with a Safety interlock. An additional safety interlock shuts down blade drive in case of blade breakage and will not allow blade drive operation unless specific blade tension is met.
• Durable cast iron vise on slide ways can be easily positioned to either left or right side of the head. The vise is operated by means of a rotary handle and also features a “quick and easy” adjustment lever for opening and closing the vise for various sizes and shapes of material to be cut.
• The robust vise is equipped with replaceable wear strips
• A centrifugal pump delivers ample flood coolant on the cutting area. The flood coolant flows through carbide faced band guide inserts and nozzle guides with flow cocks for quantity adjustment. The DM-10 is also available with an OPTIONAL Mist Lubrication System.
• Manual Saw Head movement by means of control handle with safety spring loaded trigger switch to start or stop blade and to start gravity feed of saw head
• Operator control box houses switches for selecting head feed option; (manual pull-down or gravity feed), including a graduate hydraulic fluid bleed off control rate valve. Blade speed selection switch and E-Stop button are also found on the control box.
