Mild type notcher that utilizes unique eccentric path to notch tubing and pipe with one end mill up to a maximum size of 3” OD. 

To initiate a notch, the operator turns the large handwheel (clutched to alleviate climb milling) and actuates the cutter in a pre-programmed eccentric path as determined by the operator.  The end result after one pass is a clean, quick, and accurate weld joint. 

The machine comes standard with a 1” tin coated roughing end mill (optional ½” end mill and reducer busing needed if notching under 1”), portable cart, X and Y axis table, calibrated angle vise, offset adjustment, and V-block for centering stock.  Power required is 110 V, 60 cycles, single phase with 15 amp service.
