At our first meeting we discussed necessary dates for inventory removal from our building, Marty met these dates, he reminded me to supply technical and legal details on my end when some of this was slipping outside of the listing timeline. The auction process worked very well, and the follow up to assure payments, paperwork sign-offs and equipment removal was all completed professionally and quickly. We now have cash from these items that were sold that previously were deficits and we have floor space for our next expansion.
